ytd my boss said that i oways make de simplified mistake when i'm busy.. well, these few days r truly vry bz for me.. but den i admit tat i did make a small mistake, but it doesn affected ath or anyone.. den he said i oways rush to go bek home, when de 5.45pm is coming, i seem like realy wanna go home on time, n make mistake, but den i din rush at all.. some more de jobs can b waited until de next day to complete.
actualy i wanted to argue wif him, but i din..he doesn pay us OT wat, den y shud v stay ter n do tos not urgent work? is he de 1 said tat our working hr is 8.45-5.45 only, den of coz i'll b in de ofix at tat 9 hrs rite, after tat is up to me to go bek or staying or going to other places rite?
i dunno y he wan to bother so much of thngs to ctrl us? i thnk my mum was rite, she said my boss tot tat he offers a damn gd job to evry1, so evry1 wan to work for him.
also, tat day, he talked to me abt transfering a gal fr gelang patah to our ofix, den i said she might not want it bcoz she lives in pontian, it is vry far for her to come all de way to molek, even petrol oso cant cover. den my boss said he doesn k abt it, as long as he is happy, n gd for de gal, so she muz come here to work. wtf! who does he thnk he is?! he din offer her a gd salary oso, rm1500 expected ppl come all de way to here fr pontian, not even petrol allowance! i told my mum abt dis isu, den my mum said he tot he is de only boss in dis world.
now, i do feel like...true.. he juz thnk of himself, n dun k abt de staffs... well, since i hv decided to lif, so i wont k much abt wat he says agn, n will juz do watever i can..

dear, jus dun care wat he said la..boss always very stingy and never care abt staff's benefit. but they dunno that staff is their fixed asset. If without us, who help them work? they do everything themselves la..LOL =P
