was so angry with skynet service... i hv purchased sth on web on 11/11/2010, the consignor is using skynet as their courier service, and i should have received the parcel on the next day, 12/11/2010. On that day, the dispatch of Skynet did call me at 13.39pm, said that he is sending parcel to my place, then when i asked him is he going to arrive soon, he replied arrive in 2 min, then i told him that i wasn't at home, pass the parcel to guard house for chop sign. When i asked him again if he is in front of my apartment, he replied he is about to leave his office, well, his office is located in taman molek. ==''' ok, that's just first part.
That night, i checked with my father, he said he didn't receive any parcel, and there is no any notification from skynet, normally courier service (e.g. poslaju) would stick a pcs of paper on your door to proof that they were there but nobody received the parcel, and how are you going to claim your parcel and so on. well, skynet didn't. so i have no choice but to call skynet head office to track my parcel. i should have checked from jb skynet, but there are 2 offices in jb, 1 in molek and another in tmn sentosa. so i hv to call to kl office to make sure which 1 should i call. so, the next morning, i called skynet, abt half an hr, nobody pick up the call, and i have attempted many times from 9 am to 9.30am. finally some1 picked up the call, den when i ask for the parcel, the operator told me that bcoz i wasn at home, so the dispatch has no choice but FORCED to bring de parcel back. so i asked them to resend de parcel, den de operator said de dispatch has gone out, nobody else can do de delivery, ok, fine, den i wait until Monday. then she said if Mon stil haven't received, then i have to go their molek office to take it on my own...wtf! that means they can simply ignore my parcel, den i hv to go ter n do de pick up..
i told the consignor / seller that i didn't receive parcel, then when he / she checked with skynet, they said i wasn't at home, so they can't send it. well, i'm not living alone, and they didn't even go to my place, to check with de security guard or didn't even go up to my home.
i guess i won't be using skynet service again in the future.

dear, i got my thngs alr.. i bought 2 bags fr pgmall.. i called their kl head ofix, but den they asked me to contact jb ofix... =='' so no point to complain oso... same kind of ppl...but eth's ok now...^^
